Job Description – Quality Supervisor
Position: Quality Supervisor
Location: Pollachi
Industry: Home Textiles / Bed Linen Manufacturing
Job Purpose:
To supervise and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process, particularly in cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, and to ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality requirements.
Experience: 3–7 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance in home textiles, garments, made-ups, bed linen, or similar manufacturing industries.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fabric and garment/home textile quality
- Knowledge of sewing and finishing defects
- Good understanding of measurement and inspection procedures
- Ability to identify and analyse quality defects
- Knowledge of AQL and inspection procedures will be an advantage
- Good communication and team-handling skills
- Ability to work closely with production teams
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work on the production floor
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
