Job Summary
We are looking for a 3D Architectural Visualizer with a B.Arch qualification and relevant experience in creating 3D visualizations for architectural and residential projects.
The role involves creating accurate 3D models, interior and exterior visualizations, architectural renders, presentation materials and walkthroughs based on architectural drawings and project requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterior 3D Visualization
- Create 3D models for residential interior spaces.
- Develop visualizations for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, bathrooms and other spaces.
- Create furniture layouts and interior design views.
- Apply materials, textures, colours and finishes.
- Develop lighting and camera compositions.
- Produce high-quality interior renders.
- Make revisions based on project requirements.
- Maintain consistency between 2D drawings and 3D models.
Exterior 3D Visualization
- Create 3D models for residential buildings, villas and farmhouses.
- Develop front, rear and side exterior views.
- Create architectural facade visualizations.
- Develop building massing and exterior elements.
- Model balconies, pergolas, terraces, windows, doors and other architectural features.
- Develop roof forms and related exterior elements.
- Apply materials, textures and finishes.
- Create realistic exterior renders.
- Prepare different views for design presentations.
Architectural Visualization
- Convert architectural plans, elevations and sections into accurate 3D models.
- Create realistic architectural renders.
- Prepare different camera views and design options.
- Develop day and evening views where required.
- Prepare presentation-ready visualizations.
- Create 3D walkthroughs where required.
- Incorporate design revisions and project feedback.
Photoshop & Presentation
- Use Adobe Photoshop for render post-production and image enhancement.
- Prepare presentation boards and visual layouts.
- Develop mood boards and material presentation sheets.
- Edit and enhance architectural images.
- Maintain organized presentation files.
Video & Walkthroughs
- Create and edit architectural walkthroughs and project videos.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Prepare short visual presentations and walkthrough videos where required.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience

Experience with residential buildings, villas, farmhouses or similar architectural projects is relevant to this role.

- Be comfortable working in an on-site office environment.
