Business Development Executive – Jaipur
Location: Jaipur
Territory: Udaipur, Ajmer, Sagwara, Kota, Jaipur, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Jaipur (GB), Beawar (GB), Behror (GB)
Salary: ₹30,000
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals from the bakery industry to manage and expand business operations in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, handling distributor networks, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
- Develop and expand distributor and dealer network
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be from the bakery industry only
- Experience in FMCG/Bakery sales preferred
- Good understanding of primary & secondary sales
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler for field work
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- No major career gaps or stability concerns
Additional Requirements
- Candidates should be informed about the territory before profile submission
- Recruiters must share company website, brochure, and territory details before submitting profiles
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
