Job Responsibilities
- Promote chit fund schemes to new customers
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and direct visits
- Follow up with existing customers for collections and renewals
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide service support
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Generate new business leads through telecalling and field activities
- Maintain daily reports and customer records
- Coordinate with branch staff and management team
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills required
- Basic Tamil speaking skills mandatory
- Two-wheeler preferred for field collection executives
