- Food Preparation: Assist in washing, chopping, and marinating meats, paneer, and vegetables according to authentic recipes.
- Tandoor Maintenance: Help light, operate, and clean the traditional clay oven (tandoor), monitoring cooking temperatures for optimal heat.
- Baking: Aid in the preparation, stretching, and baking of Indian breads like naans, rotis, and kulchas.
- Mise en Place: Organize raw materials, skewer meats, and prepare spices prior to service hours.
- Hygiene and Safety: Follow strict food safety standards, label food items properly, and keep the tandoor station clean and hazard-free.
- Inventory Control: Monitor raw material stocks and report ingredient needs to the senior chef
