Job Summary
The Office Assistant/ Executive provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling correspondence, maintaining records, Going out for offical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
