Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and results-driven Telecaller to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for parents inquiring about admissions. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective leads, understand their child’s educational needs, pitch our school's unique value proposition, and guide them smoothly toward final enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Actively call warm and cold leads (parents who filled out inquiry forms, visited the website, or attended events) to convert them into confirmed admissions.
- Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to parents. Listen to their queries regarding curriculum, fees, infrastructure, and safety, and provide accurate, reassuring information.
- Campus Visit Scheduling: Persuade interested parents to book and attend campus tours, open houses, or physical interactions with the school principal/management.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, call statuses, and follow-up schedules in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up Management: Implement a structured follow-up pipeline for hesitant or undecided parents without being overly aggressive.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, campus visit bookings, and final student enrollments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support. Experience in the education sector (schools, ed-tech, or preschools) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Communications, Marketing, or Education preferred).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be polite, patient, and persuasive with strong active listening skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using calling software, MS Office (Excel), and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
