Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, BOCW, POSH, etc.).
Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance resolution.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Maintain HR records, MIS, and support organizational growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
