Job Description – Chief of Staff
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the COO in driving operational efficiency, business reporting, and accountability across teams.
The role involves managing weekly business reviews, tracking KPIs, maintaining dashboards, coordinating with leadership teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and review weekly status updates from leaders
- Prepare concise reports and briefing summaries for the COO
- Track KPIs, dashboards, action items, and deadlines
- Coordinate monthly and fortnightly review meetings
- Identify reporting gaps, risks, and inconsistencies
- Ensure accountability and timely follow-ups across teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO, Operations, Business Analysis, or Chief of Staff roles
- Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, dashboards, and data tracking
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders confidently and professionally
