About the Role
We are looking for a senior and accomplished Fund Raising & Corporate Finance professional to lead the Group’s capital strategy and support its next phase of growth.
This is a Group-level strategic leadership role, with an opportunity to work closely with the Chairman and Senior Management on fund raising, financial structuring, investments and strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Real Estate / Property Development Finance and a proven track record of raising and structuring capital through Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, PE Funds, AIFs, Family Offices, HNIs and Institutional Investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group’s overall fund-raising and capital strategy.
- Raise and structure project finance, construction finance, corporate finance, LAP, structured debt and other funding facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, PE Funds, AIFs, Family Offices, HNIs and Institutional Investors.
- Structure debt, equity, mezzanine and structured finance solutions based on business and project requirements.
- Evaluate funding structures for land acquisition, project development, joint ventures and new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations on interest rates, security structures, covenants, repayment terms and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and present financial models, project feasibility reports, investment proposals and funding presentations.
- Manage lender and investor relationships through the complete transaction lifecycle — initial discussions, sanction, documentation, disbursement and repayment.
- Work closely with Legal, Accounts, Projects, Sales and Business Development teams to drive financial due diligence and transaction closure.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic investors, private equity participation, joint ventures and platform-level investments.
- Optimise the Group’s cost of capital, debt profile, cash flows and capital allocation.
- Support the Chairman in evaluating major investments, acquisitions and expansion opportunities.
- Build and strengthen a scalable Corporate Finance & Treasury function for the Group.
Candidate Profile
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Investment Banking, Real Estate Finance or Structured Finance.
- 6–8+ years of significant experience in Real Estate / Property Development funding preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital for residential, commercial, plotted development, land and other real estate projects.
- Strong network and relationships with senior decision-makers across Banks, NBFCs, Funds, Family Offices and Institutional Investors.
- Strong understanding of real estate project finance, cash flows, security creation, escrow mechanisms and lender requirements.
- Experience in both debt and equity fund raising will be highly preferred.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
- Ability to independently originate, structure and close transactions.

- High standards of integrity, confidentiality and financial discipline.
Qualification
CA / MBA Finance / CFA / Equivalent Professional Qualification preferred.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from leading Real Estate Developers, Banks, NBFCs, Real Estate Funds, Private Equity Firms, Investment Banks or Family Offices will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹1,300,000.00 per year
