About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager / Project Executive to lead and support large-scale commercial HVAC projects. This role requires a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC systems, project coordination, engineering documentation, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing project execution, communication, technical reviews, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Technical Management
- Review contract drawings, project specifications, and technical requirements.
- Lead the preparation and review of BOQs and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Review and submit shop drawings and engineering submittals.
- Manage RFIs, technical queries, and engineering issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and international engineering standards.
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Independently handle project communication and professional email correspondence.
- Monitor project schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
- Support project planning, execution, and decision-making.
- Resolve project challenges through effective problem-solving.
Leadership
- Drive quality, accountability, and timely project execution.
- Support project documentation and project close-out activities.
- Provide technical guidance and coordination to internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC Design, Engineering, and Project Execution.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects.
- Strong exposure to international construction projects (US project experience preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.

Work Details

- Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
