Job Title: Store Manager – First Cry Store

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead sales operations at our First Cry retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the retail/apparel industry, excellent team leadership skills, and the ability to drive store sales while maintaining outstanding customer service and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the FirstCry store and ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while driving store profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays as per brand standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily store transactions
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail or apparel sales
- Experience working in fashion or branded retail stores preferred
- Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling abilities
