Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Automobile Faculty to train and mentor students in automotive technology. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and be capable of delivering both theoretical and practical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on automobile engineering concepts.
- Teach vehicle systems including Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Braking, Steering, Electrical & Electronic Systems.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and laboratory sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment and tools.
- Support students in projects, internships, and placement preparation.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and academic documentation.
- Follow institute policies and maintain a disciplined learning environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle diagnostics.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude with excellent teaching and mentoring abilities.
