Job Location: Marol, Andheri(East)
Job Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Define and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning.
- Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Develop creative and engaging content to attract and retain customers.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage and optimize the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Build and maintain a strong online presence through effective content marketing.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Work closely with Sales team to develop short and long-term business strategies.
Qualifications, Education and skill sets:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the textile industry
- Strong understanding of the textile market, consumer trends, and industry regulations
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
