Job Summary
Raventra Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives for residential rooftop solar sales.
Candidates with prior experience in:
- Insurance sales
- Credit card sales
- Loan/finance sales
- Telecom sales
- Field marketing
will be preferred.
The role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales closures in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate rooftop solar leads through field activities
- Visit homes, shops, and commercial sites
- Explain solar benefits, subsidy, savings, and EMI options
- Follow up with interested customers
- Coordinate with survey and installation teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain daily visit and lead reports
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in field sales preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field work
- Own bike and smartphone preferred
- Target-oriented mindset
