Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Inventory Liquidation / Sales
Department: Relationship Management Corporate Loans
Experience: 6-14 Years s of experience in real estate sales / NBFC / HFC asset monetization
Compensation: 18-20 LPA
Job Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days ( Mon - Friday )
Work Time: 10.30AM -7 PM
Job Summary:
Drive monetization of company-owned / financed inventory (ready & under-construction properties) across India by liquidating stuck assets through institutional, broker, and digital channels.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop and execute PAN-India strategy for liquidation of slow-moving / stuck inventory
- Identify target buyers: HNIs, investors, bulk buyers, brokers, and channel partners
- Build and manage broker network across key cities
- Drive institutional and bulk sales (real estate funds, corporate buyers)
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, legal clearance, and documentation
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Qualification and skills:
- Any graduate/Post Graduate/LLB/LLM.
- 6-14 years of experience in real estate sales / NBFC / HFC asset monetization with strong exposure to broker and aggregator ecosystem.
