Job Description
Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for Tele Marketing Executives with strong communication and client interaction skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining company services to clients, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting marketing and lead generation activities.
Candidates should be confident in communication, capable of handling professional conversations, and interested in client engagement and telemarketing activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle outbound client calls professionally
- Explain company services and respond to client queries
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
- Support lead generation and telemarketing activities
- Maintain communication records and client details
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
- Good English communication is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Prior telecalling or telemarketing experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of client handling and follow-up processes
- Any degree qualification is acceptable
