Job Title: Senior / Lead Power Platform Solutions Consultant (with D365 Knowledge)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Power Platform Solutions Consultant with 5–8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Power Platform development. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and governing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions, with working knowledge of Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE) to enable seamless integrations and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
- Lead complex automation and low-code transformation initiatives across functions.
Power Platform SME Responsibilities
- Act as a Power Platform SME for assigned programs or business units.
- Define solution standards, reusable components, and best practices.
- Guide junior developers and citizen developers on low-code best practices.
D365 Integration & Collaboration
- Build and manage integrations between Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE).
- Work closely with D365 functional and technical teams to align solutions with ERP/CRM processes.
- Ensure secure and consistent data exchange and transaction handling.
Integration & Automation
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Power Automate.
- Automate approvals, notifications, and cross-system workflows.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms.
ALM, Governance & DevOps
- Follow and contribute to Power Platform ALM practices including solution packaging and deployments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Ensure compliance with security, DLP policies, and environment governance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and innovation opportunities.
- Provide solution walkthroughs, demos, and documentation.
- Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5–8 years of total IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE) and enterprise business processes.
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting or leading Power Platform initiatives at scale.
- Exposure to Power Platform governance or CoE frameworks.
- Power Platform or D365 certifications.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery models.
