- Follow attachment walk in’s & Vendor Leads, Converting the leads effectively, Supporting Documents collection on time. Maintaining the required files and records.
- Following Vendors Login performance on daily basis. Follow and educate to maintain the Daily Login properly.
- Supporting the vendors towards all types technical supports related to the need.
- Deal with Vendor complaints or issues. Answer the Vendor phone calls and provide assistance & share the required information.
- Cab inspection to be conducted on regular basis.
- Support vendor teams with various administrative tasks.
- Report any updates & issues that need addressing to the Vendor Manager.
- Uphold and Adhere company policies and procedures.
Job specifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Tamil and English)
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
- Lead Conversion & Convincing skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
