Senior Specialist -IT Support & Corporate Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and provide technical support across the organization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, networking, Office 365, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and Office 365
- Manage Windows systems, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, user access, and asset management
- Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, VPN, printer, and remote access issues
- Maintain antivirus, backups, patching, and endpoint security
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, internet, and IT services
- Maintain IT inventory and support documentation
- Ensure minimal downtime and smooth IT operations
Required Skills:
- Windows OS & Office 365 administration
- Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Firewall, VPN, and endpoint security basics
- Knowledge of printers, CCTV, biometric devices, or IP phones
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience in BPO/ITES environment
- Certifications in Networking, Microsoft, or Cybersecurity are a plus
Schedule:
- Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM
- Weekend availability for emergency support if required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
