BMS Infra Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Rebar Detailing & Estimation to lead rebar detailing and estimation projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will manage project delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead rebar detailing and estimation activities for multiple projects.
- Review and approve rebar shop drawings and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client deliverables.
- Resolve technical and constructability issues.
- Mentor and support detailers and estimators.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Rebar Detailing and Estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Blue Beam or similar detailing software.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, construction methods and estimating practices.
- Excellent project management, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Added advantage
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of ACI, ASTM and relevant construction codes.
