Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Developer who can take complete ownership of website projects — from understanding client requirements to final deployment.
This is not a task-based role. You’ll be expected to think like a product owner, ensuring quality, performance, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end website development lifecycle
- Build and manage high-converting websites on:
- WordPress (custom themes, plugins)
- Shopify (customization + liquid)
- Develop modern web apps using:
- React.js
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect websites
- Ensure mobile responsiveness + cross-browser compatibility
- Optimize websites for:
- Speed (Core Web Vitals)
- SEO (technical SEO readiness)
- Collaborate closely with:
- Designers
- SEO team
- Performance marketers
- Handle hosting, deployment, and domain setups
- Troubleshoot bugs and provide ongoing support
Must-Have Skills
- 3–4 years of strong hands-on experience in web development
- Expertise in:
- WordPress (custom development, not just Elementor)
- Shopify (theme customization, apps)
- React.js
- JavaScript
- HTML5 & CSS3
- Strong understanding of:
- Website performance optimization
- Technical SEO basics
- API integrations
- Experience with:
- Git/version control
- cPanel / hosting environments
- Payment gateway integrations
Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Experience working with international clients
