Grant Thornton INDUS is modernizing enterprise identity with Microsoft Entra ID at the center and Oracle HCM as the source of truth for our workforce.
We’re looking for an Associate Director, IAM to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery for HR‑driven identity lifecycle, governance, and Zero‑Trust controls across a multi‑entity, multi‑geo firm.
You’ll turn complex identity challenges into secure, automated, and auditable outcomes that improve both user experience and risk posture.
Core platform and integrations: Microsoft Entra ID + Oracle HCM (authoritative HR source with automated Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver workflows).
Own the Entra ID–centric IAM roadmap and deliver enterprise‑scale identity lifecycle and governance, aligned to business priorities and compliance needs.
Design and operate HR‑driven provisioning from Oracle HCM (OIC/SCIM/Graph) for hires, transfers, rehires, and terminations; enforce attribute quality, reconciliation, and rollback patterns.
Implement and mature Entra ID capabilities: SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM app provisioning, Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management (Access Packages), Access Reviews, PIM, Conditional Access, MFA/SSPR.
Lead application onboarding at scale with automation (PowerShell/Microsoft Graph), integration standards, testing/rollback plans, and CI/CD for policy/config.
Establish privileged access operating model (no standing admin): PIM policies, approval flows, break‑glass, activity reviews, and evidence.
Embed IAM controls into M&A onboarding and global cloud initiatives with repeatable playbooks and KPIs.
Drive governance and audit‑readiness (Access Reviews, SoD guardrails for key systems, attestation/evidence, exception handling).
Lead a cross‑functional squad (Engineering, HRIS, Architecture, SecOps, ITSM) and manage vendors/partners; mentor engineers in Entra ID Governance and automation.
12–15+ years in IAM with 7+ years on Microsoft identity; 4+ years designing/operating Entra ID at enterprise scale.
Proven delivery of Oracle HCM Entra ID identity pipelines for automated JML; hands‑on with OIC/SCIM/Graph and attribute governance.
Deep expertise across Entra ID SSO, SCIM, Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, Access Reviews, PIM, Conditional Access, External Identities.
Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation; KQL/Log Analytics for insights and operational dashboards.
Working knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity patterns.
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) with audit response and sustainable remediation.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and vendor management skills.
Nice to have:
Experience consolidating or co‑existing with IGA platforms (e.g., Saviynt/SailPoint) while adopting Entra ID governance features.
ServiceNow request/approval integrations; familiarity with Microsoft security/policy signals that inform auth risk.
