Position Overview
We are hiring energetic and target-driven Business Development Representatives (BDR) for field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing business from the open market, interacting with customers, handling basic documentation, and assisting in loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through open market field activities.
- Identify and approach potential customers for loan products.
- Explain product features and resolve customer queries.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be comfortable with field work.
- Own vehicle is compulsory.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
