Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Specifications, and process flows.
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle FLEXCUBE capabilities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and validating business functionality.
- Coordinate with business users during UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
- Perform gap analysis between existing and proposed business processes.
- Ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Participate in change request analysis, impact assessment, and release planning.
- Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials where required.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, organizational standards, and project governance.
