Architectural Draftsman (No MEP - Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) required for preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation for ongoing projects. The candidate should possess strong drafting skills, good command over AutoCAD, and a clear understanding of architectural standards, technical drawings, and construction detailing. The role involves close coordination with the design team to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.

Position: Architectural Draftsman

Job Location: RPS 12th Avenue, Sector 27, Faridabad
Preferred Skills: AutoCAD, architectural drafting, interpretation of technical drawings, construction documentation, and BIM/Revit knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil candidates only, No MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed drafting using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details as per project requirements.
- Interpret architectural and technical drawings accurately.
- Assist in preparing construction documentation and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely project delivery.
- Maintain drawing standards, layer management, and proper file organization.
- Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
- Support project documentation and drafting-related tasks throughout various project stages.
- Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
- Understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Basic knowledge of building standards and drafting conventions.
- Exposure to BIM/Revit will be considered an added advantage (not mandatory).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
