Realta Spaces is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to support our architectural and project teams in preparing accurate technical drawings for redevelopment and SRA projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting skills, strong technical knowledge, and experience in preparing architectural drawings in compliance with statutory regulations and construction standards.
Key Responsibilities Architectural Drafting
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site layouts, and detail drawings.
- Prepare submission drawings for approvals from statutory authorities.
- Revise drawings based on architectural and engineering requirements.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project engineers.
- Ensure drawings are updated according to site changes and consultant comments.
- Assist in preparing tender and execution drawings.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare area statements, schedules, and technical reports.
- Ensure drawings comply with NBC, DCPR, and relevant building regulations.
- Organize digital drawing records and document control systems.
Site Support
- Coordinate with site engineers regarding execution drawings.
- Resolve drawing-related queries during construction.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and progress.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Revit (Preferred)
- SketchUp
- MS Office
- Photoshop (Preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship.
- 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Experience in redevelopment, SRA, residential, and commercial projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and municipal submission requirements.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
