**Role Overview**
We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, WPF/XAML, MVVM, React.js, Python, and application design. The candidate should be capable of developing scalable enterprise applications, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating effectively across technical and business teams.
**Required Skills & Experience**
* Strong hands-on programming experience with C# and .NET Core.
* Practical experience developing desktop applications using WPF and XAML.
* Good understanding of MVVM design principles, data binding, commands, and reusable UI components.
* Experience writing Python scripts, automation utilities, backend logic, or integration components.
* Proficiency with LINQ for data querying, transformation, and processing.
* Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for work item tracking, builds, releases, and CI/CD collaboration.
* Strong experience with Git-based source control workflows, including branching, merging, pull requests, and version management.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across application layers and environments.
* Understanding of SDLC practices, coding standards, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
* Strong communication, analytical thinking, ownership, and collaboration skills.
**Preferred / Good to Have**
* C++ development, debugging, or integration with managed C# components.
* React.js for modern web UI development.
* Experience with enterprise applications, high-availability systems, or production support.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS.
* Device integration, serial communication, socket programming, or external hardware interfaces.
**Role Responsibilities**
* Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
* Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, WPF/XAML, MVVM, React.js, and Python.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical design activities.
* Follow Agile development practices and established coding standards.
* Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
* Take ownership of application quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance.
**Education & Experience**
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant professional experience in C#, .NET Core, WPF/XAML, Python, and modern software development practices is required.
