As a Business Development Executive at LMES, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our online courses. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless learning experience for our users by providing timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make initial calls to new leads and understand their interest level.
- Share basic course information and clarify simple queries.
- Check BDE availability and schedule demo sessions accordingly.
- Update demo bookings in the CRM/Google Sheet.
- Send reminders and follow up with customers for demo attendance.
- Coordinate with BDEs for any reschedules or missed demos.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on demo calls and bookings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support
- Skills: Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools
- Ability to manage time and coordinate schedules effectively
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer support (preferred)
