We are looking for a skilled and experienced VMC Programmer & Operator to join our manufacturing team.
Location: Balahri Khurd, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Create and modify VMC programs (G-code / M-code) as per technical drawings
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments
- Operate VMC machine and monitor machining operations
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feed rates
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, gauges)
- Maintain quality standards and production efficiency
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in VMC programming and operation
- Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of tooling, tolerances, and machining parameters
- Understanding of G-code programming
Preferred Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with CAD/CAM software is an advantage
Note: Candidates who can independently handle both programming and machine operation will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
