Head - Sales Coordination & Channel Management (Pan India)
Company Context
A fast-growing agri-inputs organization focused on biologicals, biofertilizers, and sustainable agriculture solutions. The company operates integrated manufacturing (fermentation-based) and is building a strong Pan India distribution network.
Role Objective
To lead and integrate sales coordination, demand planning, and channel management across India, ensuring seamless alignment between factory supply, field demand, and distributor performance. This role will act as the central execution engine driving efficiency, availability, and channel productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination Own end-to-end order-to-dispatch cycle Ensure high order fulfillment and service levels Align closely with production for demand-supply planning Monitor inventory across plants, depots, and distributors
2. Channel Management Build and scale a Pan India distributor network Drive secondary sales visibility and retail expansion Manage distributor performance, ROI, and engagement Ensure territory discipline and resolve channel conflicts
3. Demand Planning Lead state-wise, crop-wise forecasting Align business with Kharif/Rabi cycles Ensure pre-season inventory readiness
4. Commercial & Process Control Execute trade schemes and track ROI Maintain pricing discipline and manage credit cycles Strengthen ERP/DMS systems and reporting dashboards
5. Team Leadership Lead zonal coordinators and channel managers Drive execution rigor and cross-functional alignment

Order fulfillment: >95%
Dispatch TAT: <5–7 days
Secondary vs primary gap: <15%
Inventory health: High turnover, low dead stock
Distributor productivity & retention
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
12–18 years in agri-inputs / FMCG / rural distribution
Strong exposure to: o Sales operations/coordination o Channel & distributor management o Demand planning in seasonal businesses.
Capabilities
Strong execution and problem-solving orientation
Deep understanding of Indian agri-distribution ecosystem
Ability to manage seasonality and demand volatility
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
