Job Description:
The Key Account Manager oversees vital client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth
opportunities, and maximizing revenue. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking,
and collaboration skills to meet client needs and business goals.
What You'll Do:
Client Management:
a. Act as primary contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing
concerns.
b. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance
satisfaction.
Account Strategy:
a. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
b. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive growth.
Revenue Growth:
a. Identify cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
b. Negotiate contract terms to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Issue Resolution:
a. Resolve client issues promptly, liaising between clients and internal teams.
b. Escalate complex issues as needed to find effective solutions.
Market Insight:
a. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
b. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA will be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B Customer Success/ KAM.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Detail Oriented & Analytical.
- Strong project management and multiple stakeholder coordination skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to increase customer satisfaction.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
