Oh!G Snack is one of India's fastest-growing healthy snacking brands, making delicious millet-based snacks accessible across retail, quick commerce, institutions, and vending machine networks.
As we continue expanding across Mumbai, we're looking for driven Business Development Executives who can open new markets, build strategic partnerships, and generate revenue.

Your Role
Your primary responsibility will be expanding Oh!G Snack's institutional presence and vending machine network across Mumbai.
You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Sales
Identify and acquire new institutional customers, including:
- Colleges & Universities
- Schools
- Corporate Offices
- IT Parks & MNCs
- Hospitals
- Co-working Spaces
- Gyms & Fitness Centres
- Cafeterias
- Hotels
- Events & Exhibition Organisers
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Meeting decision-makers
- Presenting Oh!G Snack products
- Negotiating commercial terms
- Closing institutional orders
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Ensuring repeat business and account growth
Vending Machine Partnerships
Play a key role in expanding our vending machine business.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying vending machine operators and partners
- Meeting vending machine companies and business owners
- Pitching Oh!G Snack as a preferred snack partner
- Managing the onboarding process
- Coordinating product placement across vending machines
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Growing existing vending partnerships
Business Development
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships
- Develop new distribution channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
- Represent Oh!G Snack during meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with extensive field work across Mumbai
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Prior experience in B2B sales, FMCG, institutional sales, or business development is preferred but not mandatory
