Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Trainees to join our team. The selected candidates will initially undergo base work training to understand operational processes before transitioning into sales responsibilities. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and career growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured base work training and operational activities
- Understand company products, services, and sales processes
- Support day-to-day sales operations and customer coordination
- Maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock and system stock reconciliation
- Assist in achieving team targets and business objectives
- Follow organizational processes and reporting requirements
- Build professional communication and customer handling skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
- 6 Months Probation Period
- PF & ESI benefits applicable after successful completion of probation
- Incentive eligibility activated after 6 months (paid quarterly)
- Annual salary increment of 7%–12% based on performance after completion of 1 year
Working Hours
Female Staff: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Female Hostellers: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Hostel Allowance up to ₹3,000)
Male Staff: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Male Hostellers: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Accommodation Provided)
Important Note
Employees are expected to remain in the office until physical stock and system stock reconciliation is completed.
