To drive franchise, dealer, and distribution network expansion for The Concrete Shop®, a design-led concrete brand by Aarya Precast India Pvt. Ltd., by managing end-to-end sales, lead generation, and channel development activities. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, onboarding franchise partners, and providing continuous support and hand holding to ensure successful business operations, sustained growth, and strong market presence.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Lead Generation & Market Development

Generate qualified leads through various sources including architects, consultants, builders, market networks, showroom owners, traders, etc.

Identify new markets, regions, and business opportunities for franchise and dealer expansion.

Build and connect with multiple lead sources to ensure a consistent business pipeline.

Support marketing and initiatives for demand generation.
B. Franchise, Dealer & Distributor Development

Identify, onboard, and develop new franchise partners, dealers, and distributors.

Drive expansion of channel network aligned with company growth strategy.

Generate business opportunities and leads for distributors to support their growth.

Ensure proper setup and smooth onboarding of channel partners.

Manage and coordinate franchise documentation, agreements, and onboarding formalities, ensuring alignment with company policies, commercial terms, and applicable legal requirements.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all franchise-related documentation, and coordinate with management or legal advisors wherever required.
C. Customer Acquisition & Business Growth
Drive customer acquisition through franchise partners, dealers, and distributor network across assigned regions.
Support and guide partners in understanding customer requirements and offering suitable product solutions.
Enable conversion of leads into confirmed business through effective coordination and support to franchise partners.
Strengthen long-term relationships with franchise partners to ensure repeat business, referrals, and sustained network growth.
D. Franchise Support & Hand-holding

Provide continuous support and hand holding to franchise partners, dealers, and distributors for up to initial 1–2 years.

Guide partners in operations, sales approach, and market development.

Ensure partners are aligned with company standards, processes, and brand positioning.

Monitor partner performance and provide improvement inputs.
E. Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, and management for smooth execution.

Track sales progress, partner performance, and market response.

Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.

Maintain records of leads, partners, and business activities.
F. Commercial & Reporting

Support pricing discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.

Maintain sales MIS, reports, and pipeline data.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB
Education: Graduate / MBA (Sales / Marketing)
Experience:

4–8 years of experience in sales, franchise development, or channel sales.

Experience in dealer/distributor network expansion is preferred.

Experience in construction, building materials, or related industry is an advantage.

Exposure to franchise documentation, agreements, and onboarding processes will be preferred.
