Job Title: Telecaller cum Customer Service Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller cum Customer Service Executive who can effectively communicate with a diverse customer base across different regions of India. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both North Indian and South Indian languages and have prior experience in handling customer interactions over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team across schools, corporates, industries, and factories in different locations
- Maintain and update detailed reports on customer responses and sales team follow-ups
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, requests, and concerns
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers across different regions, ensuring language comfort and clarity
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers for feedback, service updates, and issue resolution
- Achieve call quality standards and productivity targets
Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / call center roles
- Fluency in at least one North Indian language and one South Indian language
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Education : Graduate
