Job Title: Career & Admission CounselorJob Summary
Highkon Medias is seeking a motivated and student-focused Career & Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents in making informed career decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students, explaining our courses and career opportunities, assisting them throughout the admission process, and building strong relationships with both prospective and existing students.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and industry opportunities.
- Understand students' interests, strengths, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, placement support, and career prospects.
- Address queries and concerns from students and parents professionally and confidently.
- Guide prospective students through the complete admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Build trust and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, webinars, and educational presentations.
- Support and mentor existing students by providing academic and career guidance throughout their learning journey.
- Maintain positive relationships with students to ensure an engaging and supportive learning experience.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and placement teams to provide accurate information and seamless student support.
- Maintain records of inquiries, counseling sessions, admissions, and follow-ups using CRM or other tracking systems.
- Achieve admission goals while ensuring a consultative and student-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Experience in admission counseling, career counseling, education, customer relations, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and counseling skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
