About the Role
ACME School, Vijayawada is seeking an enthusiastic and communicative Science Teacher for the Primary Wing. The ideal candidate should be able to explain scientific concepts clearly, make learning interactive, and encourage curiosity among young learners through activity-based teaching methods aligned with CBSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science for Classes 1–5 as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Explain concepts clearly using practical examples, activities, experiments, and demonstrations.
- Encourage observation, curiosity, and scientific thinking among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Maintain student records, corrections, and academic documentation.
- Ensure an engaging, student-friendly, and interactive classroom environment.
- Coordinate with teachers and parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic events.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience preferred.
- CBSE school experience will be an added advantage.
