Job Title: Employee Benefits Claims Specialist (EB Insurance) – Insurance Broking
Location: Hyderabad and candidates from Hyderabad preferred
Experience: 6 months–2 Years

Job Summary
The EB Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end EB insurance claims while supporting client retention and renewals. The role requires maturity, strong coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and insurers.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle end-to-end EB insurance claims, from claim intimation to final settlement.
● Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
● Manage claim escalations and provide effective solutions to complex cases.
● Support client retention and policy renewals through proactive claims servicing.
● Maintain accurate claims documentation, MIS, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
● Proficient in advanced excel.
Skills & Requirements
● 6 months to 2+ years of experience in EB insurance claims within an insurance broking environment.
● Strong understanding of policy wordings, claims processes, and insurer coordination.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Mature, client-focused, and capable of handling pressure situations independently.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
