Role Overview
Own the end-to-end execution of Habuild’s live sessions and post-production quality. You will lead a team of 15 and ensure smooth daily live operations, stable studios and streams, efficient content workflows, engaged WhatsApp communities, and clean, reliable data for decision-making.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who stays calm under pressure, is confident with tech, demonstrates strong leadership, and is obsessed with reliability and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Run and support live online sessions end-to-end (Zoom, StreamYard, OBS, studio hardware/software), with a team of around 15 ops members, setting expectations, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth, high-quality experiences every and making quick decisions in live scenarios.
Own content workflows: edit and manage video content, handle YouTube copyrights/automation, create playlists and posters, and ensure timely, accurate uploads.
Keep tech healthy by maintaining studio setups, troubleshooting audio/video/hardware issues, managing device inventory, and helping roll out new tools.
Share WhatsApp community messages, update links and dashboards, and ensure prompt, clear communication with members and internal teams.
Maintain, analyze, and update data and daily performance sheets (Google Sheets, analytics dashboards) and flag issues or trends early.
Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback for new and existing team members to keep standards high.
Assist with special projects, events, external shoots, and studio layout/infra changes whenever required.
Continuously improve processes and adopt better tools/techniques to increase reliability, efficiency, and member experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated ability in live session support (Zoom, OBS, VoiceMeeter, StreamYard or similar software/Tool) and/or video post-production
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive), and familiarity with basic editing software (Canva, DaVinci, Adobe, Photopia, etc.)
Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to give and receive peer feedback
Willingness to support cross-team tasks comes from all other departments, work holidays if needed, and handle shifting priorities.
Curious to learn new tools (like voice-to-text, analytics, automation software)
Exploring existing tools & new tools to improve the members' experience by providing the best post-production quality.
Real-time identification, Technical & Streaming problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and manage ad hoc tasks effectively.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in the Content industry, network engineer, or online community engagement.
Demonstrates proactive problem-solving; anticipates challenges and addresses them before they impact team operations
Takes responsibility for project outcomes and follows through on commitments with minimal supervision
Shows initiative by identifying opportunities for process improvement and championing changes
Effectively prioritises tasks in dynamic environments and adapts quickly to shifting requirements

Willing to work on holidays or week-offs when required, with time off given in return.
