Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience supporting Workday in a production (BAU/Application Support) environment.
Functional expertise in one or more Workday modules:
Human Capital Management (HCM)
Financial Management
Procurement
IT / Platform Administration
Hands-on experience configuring Workday Business Processes.
Strong knowledge of the Workday Security Framework, including security groups, domain security policies and role-based access.
Experience creating and maintaining Calculated Fields, Condition Rules, validations and related Workday configurations.
Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Workday Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending).
Experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday Integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors and integration event monitoring.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently perform functional and technical analysis of Workday issues.
Experience investigating, resolving and performing root cause analysis for production incidents.
Experience implementing Workday configuration changes, enhancements and release-related updates.
Understanding of Workday tenant management, migration and deployment processes.
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Strong documentation skills, including preparation of functional and technical design documents, configuration guides and knowledge articles.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience across multiple Workday functional areas (HCM, Finance, Procurement and IT).
Workday Pro Certifications in relevant functional or technical modules.
Experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.
Exposure to Workday Extend, Prism Analytics and Workday Orchestrate.
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, XML and XSLT.
Experience supporting Workday integrations with third-party applications.
Knowledge of Workday release management, regression testing and deployment activities.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Experience working in large enterprise or managed services environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills while working within cross-functional support teams.
