About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support our electronics operations, with a strong focus on LED driver manufacturing. The candidate will coordinate with EMS partners, support new product introductions (NPI), improve assembly processes, and ensure smooth production from SMT to complete Box Build
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production line setup.
- Monitor manufacturing processes from SMT to Box Build assembly.
- Prepare and maintain quality and process documents such as PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP.
- Drive process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams for project execution and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely production support and smooth product launches.
- Maintain manufacturing records and update ERP/PLM systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Electronics (LED Driver) Manufacturing.
- Qualification required is Diploma / B.E. in Electronics
- Experience in quality improvement and process optimization.
- Good customer handling and project coordination skills.
- Candidates from Electronics Manufacturing or LED Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
