B.E Electrical Engineering / Any Higher Degree
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and assistants.
Plan, assign, and monitor electrical installation and maintenance work.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards or defects.
Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
Review and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, material requirements, and work progress updates.
Train and guide team members to maintain quality and efficiency.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and industrial wiring.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with safety codes, electrical standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Proficient in using electrical testing instruments and tools.
