We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, conducting employee induction programs, and maintaining employee records. The HR Executive will also assist in attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, performance appraisal processes, training and development initiatives, and employee welfare activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a good understanding of HR practices and labor laws. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software will be an added advantage. The role requires a proactive approach to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization's people-related objectives.
Pay: ₹10,861.10 - ₹33,149.64 per month
