Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Local candidates only)
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: MBA (HR) / HR Specialization (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, non-IT, and mid to senior-level positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
- Manage job portals and vendor coordination.
- Independently handle compliance activities, including manual compliance processes.
- Support payroll and HR operations.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, HR reports, and HR analytics.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Sales and Non-IT roles.
- Sound knowledge of compliance, payroll, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR Analytics and MIS reporting.
- Experience with manual compliance processes (not limited to HRMS).
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good communication skills with fluent English preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
