Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commi Chef to support daily outlet operations by assembling, plating, reheating, and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards as per SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and plate food items as per brand recipes & SOPs
- Reheat pre-prepared food using approved equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, utensils, and storage
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and FIFO practices
- Check expiry, portion control, and basic stock handling
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Coordinate with outlet manager during peak hours
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of kitchen experience (cloud kitchen / QSR preferred)
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Ability to follow SOPs and work in fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in shifts (including night shift), weekends, and holidays.
Education:
- Minimum 12th pass (Hotel Management a plus)
