Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Sales & Operations Executive to join our team in West Delhi. In this dual role, you will be responsible for creating tailored travel packages, closing sales, and managing backend operations to ensure our clients receive a flawless travel experience from inquiry to return.[1, 2, 3, 4]Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Servicing
- Understand client requirements (budget, interests, and timelines) to design attractive domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Convert inbound leads (calls, emails, WhatsApp) into confirmed bookings.
- Present and sell customized tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel insurance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
Travel Operations & Backend Fulfillment
- Coordinate with vendors (hotels, airlines, transport providers, and overseas DMCs) to secure competitive rates and confirm bookings.
- Handle end-to-end documentation, including issuing travel vouchers, flight e-tickets, and managing hotel check-in procedures.
- Assist clients with visa processing, forex, and travel advisory needs.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all payments and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide 24/7 or real-time support to resolve on-trip emergencies, itinerary adjustments, or client issues.[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in travel sales and operations (handling domestic/international tours). [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Skills: Strong negotiation, upselling, and problem-solving abilities. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard email communication. [1, 2, 3]
- System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) or popular travel CRM tools is preferred. [1, 2]
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously. [1, 2]
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. [1, 2]
