Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Associate Project Managers to execute multiple projects concurrently for customers
- Understand business objectives, define project scope, and create project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including project health, progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Identify deviations from the project plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure successful delivery
- Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to maintain project momentum and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans
- Manage project governance structures and ensure adherence to project management best practices
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies to execute project activities seamlessly
- Manage projects involving enterprise customers across multiple countries or regions and coordinate with distributed delivery teams
- Understand complex technical issues, work with relevant technical teams to develop resolution plans, and track issues through closure
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to improve project delivery efficiency
- Document lessons learned and stakeholder feedback and incorporate learnings into future projects
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes and meet agreed customer objectives
Additional Information
- Remote role with flexible work timing (9-6 or 10-7)
- 5 days work week
- End-to-end project management lifecycle involvement from requirement gathering through project go-live is mandatory
- Onboarding experience is prioritized
- Candidates will work with global enterprise clients, primarily in FMCG/retail AI space
- Will coordinate with India-based delivery teams
Pay: ₹544,774.77 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
