Job Title:Telecaller Executive
Location:Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Position Overview We are seeking a communicative and goal-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The candidate will pitch products/services, generate qualified leads, resolve customer queries, and update interaction records in our CRM. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients from assigned lead lists to pitch services and schedule demos/appointments.
Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and resolve service issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer details, and follow-up dates in the database. Meet daily/monthly target metrics for call volume, talk time, and lead conversions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:Higher Secondary (10+2) or any Bachelor's degree.
Languages: Fluency in Malayalam(essential) and functional English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus).
Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, basic computer/Excel knowledge, and objection handling.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
