About Us
AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital marketing and technology company providing services in digital marketing, web development, SEO, social media management, branding, and business growth solutions. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Collaborate with management to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in team handling is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho CRM is an advantage.
Salary
₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
